Blóðbönd - Thicker Than Water is a family drama set in Reykjavik.
Pétur, a successful optometrist, is happily married and his wife is
expecting their second child. Their perfect lives is thrown into turmoil
when Pétur discovers he isn´t the biological father of his ten-year-old
son. Thicker Than Water is produced by Pegasus Pictures. Thicker Than Water won
a Special Jury Prize at the Indianapolis International Film Festival
2007 for Outstanding Ensemble Performance in the Real Visions category
and was the Runner-Up for Outstanding Feature Film from the World Cinema
Jury.
