We invite you to a very unusual exhibition in the far north, in a (comic) world hardly known before: Far away from Tintin and Snowy, Superman, Catwoman and Sailormoon a fascinating, multifaceted, and creative pictorial language has developed, whose richness is presented in this exhibition. What's on view here are not so much the traditional comics, but rather comics as an art form - sometimes funny, sometimes melancholy, maybe even wild and colourful - but in any case never boring! The exhibition showcases original drawings, prints, videos and comic albums, books and magazines - for adults, but also for children to look and marvel at and browse through (the children will probably discover a Moomin here and there).

During the exhibition there will also be an event with several of the artists whose comics are on display. The date of the event will be posted later on our website.
